Comments are a writer’s life force, the drive to write.
For a writer, comments are the life force that drives us to write. Good, bad, happy or sad comments give us feedback. Whether someone has a conflicting opinion, another side of the argument, please comment. If something we wrote was unclear, please bring it to our attention. Without comments we would not know how to better our writing.
We all had to write in school, and the first thing our teachers would say to us was “Get someone to peer edit with” or some variation of that. Our readers are our peers. You read our works and the give us feedback. And now with online freelance writing and blogs comments has taken the place of face to face “peer editing”.
So please the next time your stumbling around the internet (read this article if you want to find out about Stumble Upon http://webupon.com/web-talk/stumble-upon/#comment-66977) or reading an article remember to comment.
