I want to write the sequel to Whale men of the Josephine.
Writing a book is no small feat. I can imagine it taking years and years just for one to be written, and the dictionary definition of everything to make sure that the sentences are just right… It has to be aggravating. You imagine about 100 pages of 100 words gets to be 10,000 words. That’s not even many pages.
What about Brian Jacques and his amazing Redwall novels? One can imagine how hard it is to write 300+ pages per book. He must wright 24/7 because he loves what he does. Personally, I feel that is God’s calling in his life.
Perhaps one day I will become a writer. Maybe you feel the calling in your life, but if you do, don’t give up. It’s worth it 100% and I can testify for it! The books are, at the very least, nice gifts to give to friends & family!
