If your article goes unpublished perhaps you best review your work.
As often as some of us write is it possible for the publisher to keep up with our content? I believe that if a publisher is a good one they will do their best to keep up with us. If the writer goes out looking for subject then I believe that he needs to maintain a sense of clarity and not confusion. If the publisher seems to be taking quite a while publishing content it may be the writer’s fault. You may be wondering how so I will explain if a writer is a poor writer and needs a lot of editing then that would actually put the publisher in a bind.
There are many articles published every day and I know that the publisher does not have time to go over every little detail. I suggest dear readers that you proofread you work before submitting it. Make the publishers work minimal that will help you improve your writing skills.
I often read very poorly written articles and I am sometimes surprised at the age of the authors. For example some writers that are 30 something cannot tell the difference between they’re and there. My friend Karen wrote an article on this very subject that will help you find clarity on this issue. I will post it below for those interested and I hope that it is beneficial to you all.
If you do not want your article rejected by the publisher I suggest a thorough once over as previously mentioned. Thank you all for taking the time to read this article and I hope that it gave you some helpful information for future reference. Here is Karen’s related article, as promised. http://writinghood.com/style/grammar/are-we-there-yet-or-their-or-they%e2%80%99re/

Thanks for promoting my stuff, John. I hope it helps. I too have been surprised at the lack of spelling and grammatical skills of some Triond authors.

Well said, John. A neutrally worded, explicit, and pointed reminder that the cure to most of our perceived ills is in our own hands.
