Another Problem with Triond
Today, has been my worst day yet on Triond. I am feeling exhausted but am determined to post my articles. I have a target of publishing Ten articles today. Have posted five already but all remain pending since morning(It’s nearing four pm, where I am!).
Please, I don’t mean to be complaining…
But how can I help it?
If I have Another Problem with Triond..
And it’s erratic style of functioning!
Sometimes my articles get published even before I hit on the submit button(it seems as if!)
But today, it’s been more than six hours..
Not a single post published!
Recently, we have experienced a general feeling of resentment toward Triond, expressed so freely by certain writers (me included), but all in vain! Triond is not Responding. At times, I wonder if it ever will?
Several writers have shared their experiences through comments and messages to me. And I have read so many of the articles posted on the subject of “poor returns” and need to improve on “quality of publications” apart from other issues on Triond. What struck me however was the post by shelpeare. It was brought to my notice during my perusal of phillydreamer’s post http://writinghood.com/online-writing/poetry-challenge-reflections-in-the-mirror-update/.

I have made an effort to post these url’s here for you, the reader and writer on Triond. We need to pay more attention to what is happening on Triond. Agreed we are here to write and earn…We are also here as part of a community of writers. We have problems here which we need to be resolved.

I understand we all face time constraints. But please make time for this because it concerns us. We shouldn’t give up! At least let’s put up our best fight ever!

I practice what I call the six-hour rule. If Triond doesn’t publish my article or reject it in six hours, I delete it from the pending queue and post it somewhere else. True, posting somewhere else prevents from putting it on Triond later, but it’s not a great loss. I have had only one problem with this rule: Triond’s article delete function doesn’t always work.

This was fairly stated. Some writers are saying to that if a Triond writer is complaining that they are doing the whole promotion thing wrong but they have to look at the facts: the most popular and successful writers have gone, even some of those who are/were regulars on the Hot Content List. Even Nelson Doyle says that Triond is no longer the place to earn a good income. Why dispute with a man who is one of the few Trionders with millions of views? – more than 2 million and counting. Let them read the following link:

Let me give you a tip. When this happens, go back to the article in the pending file and edit the title and click submit again. What you can also do is change the category. Sometimes Triond won’t recognize the topic. If an article isn’t published in 24 hours, I just delete it.

Go to pending and fix your article, make small changes and resubmit.
