Advice on how to draw inspiration from every nuance of life.
When an author sets out to write the first thing he must do is to select his topic of discussion. It can be anything really, a person needs only to look into his or her own life and interests and experiences to draw inspiration.
I for example have numerous interests, history, theology, art, poetry, music etc. It is from these interests that I draw ideas and inspiration. My life experiences are also a prominent source of inspiration as well. Really my advice to my fellow writers is write about what you know.
I know, I know, that’s a cliche` but it’s the best advice one writer can give another. If you subscribe to magazines on certain topics for example you could review those. If something catches your interest blog about it. Life is a story, and everyone’s story (while there may be similarities) is unique in some aspects.
If we were all the same after all, how interesting would life be?
So friends, from one blogger to the rest, I say go out and LIVE and then come back and write about it.
I thank you all for reading:)
God Bless.

Good advice. I especially like “Go out and live, and then come back and write about it.” Problem for old people is, I’ve been there, done that, can’t remember.
