Do you know that your Triond profile has an individual Google PageRank? Thanks to Rhodora Bande I got the inspiration to write this article. Find out who are the twenty Triond writers confirmed as having a Google PageRank of three or 4. Use the methods presented to find out the Google PageRank of your own profile page.
Until recently it did not occur to me that subdomains or individual webpages have Google PageRanks. In this I am indebted to Triond writer Rhodora Bande’s article on our Triond profiles having their own PageRank. See it here: http://webupon.com/search-engines/our-triond-profiles-have-their-own-google-page-ranks/ She also gave a link to check individual PageRanks here http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php. However, I felt I needed a way to do this more quickly as one can only check one profile at a time on that site and you have to fill in code in an anti-bot box. I also saw that the data presented at that first PageRank checker site varied a bit from day to day. So I decided to use www.siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com together with Firefox’s SeoQuake add-on and this pulled up approximately one thousand (1000) profile links, ten (10) pages with one hundred (100) Triond writers each out of a possible 84,723 pages as the site indicated. Therefore, if your name is not mentioned here do not despair as I could only view one thousand (1000) links.

Google PageRank of 4
Mr Ghaz – This Triond writer has over 500,000 views, over 500 articles and more than 2 referrals. Hats off to you, Mr. Ghaz for your #4 ranking. You have found the vehicle to write so I hope that you do not run out of gas at this rate.
Ruby Hawk – Not to be outdone is a gem of a writer, Ruby Hawk, whose Triond profile page also has a Google PageRank of 4. She has at present more than 500,000 views, 1000 or more articles and more than 50 referrals.
Google PageRank of 3
Anuradha Ramkumar – Anuradha has written over 200 articles which have been viewed over 100,000 times. She also has 20 referrals and among her badges is the May Quality challenge badge.
B Nelson – This Canadian’s user’s profile either no longer exists or she has changed her username. (I know another Nelson whose first name starts with “B” but I do not want to assume that they are the same person). She came up for honorable mention in cybertruth’s “Triond Hall of Fame” article at http://writinghood.com/online-writing/the-triond-hall-of-fame/ At the time of that article (Jan. 23rd, 2011) she had 500,000 views.
Chan Lee Peng – This Health Consultant has not displayed his badges. Not everyone thinks that it is “healthy” to display them. No doubt he knows how to leap in the rankings.
David C. Wyld Southeastern – David must have his readers going wild since Google has rated his profile page as 3. This validates his Triond “Hot Users” listing as one of the top hundred writers in Triond. He has gotten over 200,000 views, has written 500 articles and has more than 5 referrals.
Francois Hagnere – Francois Hagnere is another Triond writer in the Triond “Hot Users” list. He has not displayed his badges but we know that he is worthy of his place there.
Glynis Smy – With over 50,000 views, and 100 articles, Glynis Smy has shown that not appearing on the Triond “Hot Users” list does not have to keep you back from being successful.
Inna Tysoe – Inna does not have her badges displayed but no need to since her name is displayed in Triond’s “Hot Users” list.
Jo Oliver – With over 200,000 views, 200 articles, and 20 referrals and inclusion in Triond’s “Hot Users” list, Jo Oliver has worked for her spot on this list.
JoniJones – JoniJones has over 10,000 views and 50 articles yet made this list. That goes to show that the secret may not be in number of views, articles or referrals. Hopefully he will tell us the secret so we can keep up with the Joneses.
Kristie Leong MD – It is no surprise that Kristie made this list as she has long been touted as one of the most prolific, if not the most prolific writer, on Triond. The only surprise is that she does not have an even higher Google ranking as far as her Triond profile goes. Kristie has not posted an article since March 1st, 2011 so who knows whether that accounts for her getting a 3 rather than a 4. Her place on this list shows that she merits her place on Triond’s “Hot Users” list in bold type. After all she is prolific and on Scienceray which is the highest ranked Triond partner site. See The Pagerank of Triond’s Partner Sites
Louie Jerome – Unfortunately Louie Jerome of the UK passed away in August of last year. I never got to know her since I joined Triond only a few months before that. No badges are displayed but judging from cybertruth’s article mentioned earlier she must be missed.
Nelson Doyle – Again, it is no surprise to see Nelson Doyle featuring in this list only that I expected to see him with an even higher ranking. He is also on Triond’s “Hot Users” list in bold type. Not many Triond writers can say that they have over 2 million views as he has. He accomplished this with over 100 articles which makes it even more amazing since others have many more articles and much less views. He also has a whopping 200+ referrals. If you ever feel like giving up on writing online due to financial reasons read his article “Incredible Triond Earnings ….” See it here: http://webupon.com/web-talk/incredible-triond-earnings-nelson-doyle-reveals-real-earnings-and-proves-triond-pays/ He also has many articles about God. It is always great to see a man of his stature in Triond taking the time to expound the Word of God unashamedly.
Norbert Soloria Bermosa – This Triond writer from the Philippines has also made waves at Bukisa. He was the highest paid writer in Bukisa in 2009. See http://blog.bukisa.com/2010/01/14/my-little-success-at-bukisa-are-there-secrets-about-successful-online-writing-by-nobert-bermosa/ He is not on the Triond “Hot Users” list and that makes you wonder how up-to-date the list is or what criteria Triond uses to collate it. Like Nelson Doyle Norbert has over 2 million views but has 500 articles and 10 referrals.
Patrick Regoniel – This writer has not displayed his badges. He is not on the Triond “Hot Users” list so he joins those who are not on that list but have been tapped on the back by Google.
Uma Shankari – This Bangalore writer has more than 100,000 views, 200 articles and 1 referral. She is also on Triond’s “Hot Users” list.
Webseowriters – Webseowriters’ presence here shows that this Triond writer is worthy of the name. It also shows that you do not have to be anywhere on Triond’s “Hot Users” list to be successful on Triond. This I.T Consultant has certainly done it.
William J Felchner – William is on the list of one hundred Triond “Hot Users.” He has garnered 200,000 views, has written 200 articles. His most recent article was published on February 18th, 2011 but obviously Google has taken note of his labors.
Some may say that 3s and 4s out of 10 are not great scores but we have to remember two things:
(1) The webpage http://www.redfusionmedia.com/google_pagerank.htm says this of a Google PageRank of 4:
“Above Average. You’re starting to get warm.”
Of a PageRank of 3 it says:
“Average. Most sites are about a 3.”
For an explanation of what the various PageRanks indicate see the link provided above.
(2) Most of the sites affiliated with Triond have a Google PageRank of 4 so should we really expect to have a profile page that ranks higher than the platform that we are writing on? Can a subdomain like a profile page rank higher than the domain itself?
What about other top Triond writers who are not on this list? Yes, there are some surprises that beg the question at times of what criteria Google uses. Mnofdichotomy received a ranking of 2 while Ulsterman got a1. As I said too, I could only view one thousand Triond profiles so if your username is not here it means that either your username was not in the one thousand that Yahoo siteexplorer has on its site or that you got less than a 3 in your PageRank. I myself still have a ranking of N/A which means “Not available.” But I am in good company since others like Leo Tolstoy, LOVELY HONEY, Erin Miller, and “Hot Users” list writers like thestickman, C Jordan, lanne, Anne Lyken Garner, jharmon all have N/A too. Many of the thousand or so writers that I saw on siteexplorer had a N/A rating so hopefully “Not available” in our case is short for “We have not got around to ranking you yet.”

Interesting, though I’ve not seen work by many of them.

Interesting information. I too still have N/A, sadly

I am not surprised that Patrick Bernauw’s profile is in the top ranks, he is a reknowned writer after all and has books published in several languages

That’s something! Thanks.

Thanks for the run down. It’s always interesting to see how we stand with Google. We’d be lost without them.
July 24th, 2011 at 7:36 pm
Congrats to all of those on this list! I’m surprised to see some of them with so much a rating in comparison with what I thought they would have, and of course the one that only has a little over 10,000 views and is on this list. Nice compilation!
July 24th, 2011 at 7:39 pm
Thanks everyone.

This was a very interesting post, and of course I had to check my profile rank after reading this over, looks like my profile has a page rank of 5 currently. Very very interesting.
July 24th, 2011 at 8:26 pm
Sorry that I can’t confirm that Ed. I checked a couple of times and it keeps saying N/A.
July 24th, 2011 at 8:34 pm
By the way, I did an update and placed it at the end of this article stating that Joie Schmidt also has a 3 but that my article was based on siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com’s data and not the other Google PageRank checker where names have to be entered one by one and code must be filled in a box. That method takes a while. Hats off to Joie. I hope Triond adds my update that I placed at the end of my article together with her stats.
Believe it or not although this article has been published a few hours now at this moment it is still in the Triond’s pending section. Adding an update did not help either.

Wow! It inspired me. Thanks!

GOOD FOR THEM. GOOD REVIEW, SHELPEARE
July 24th, 2011 at 11:36 pm
Thanks Eunice.
Update – It seems that my updates will be published faster here than at the end of my article. It is confirmed that the B Nelson mentioned earlier is the same person as Brenda Nelson who now has more than 1 million views, 500 articles and 10 referrals. But here is the catch: she apparently changed her username on her profile from “B Nelson” which in siteexplorer.search.yahoo has a PageRank of 3 to “Brenda Nelson” so her profile is now ranked N/A meaning “Not available.” Does this mean that when you change usernames you lose your ranking? I really am not in a position to say.

Great observations shelpeare. I am using two sites to find the page rank.
This site shows different results, wondering which one we could follow.

This is interesting. I am so behind in watching ratings and so forth. Does a watched SEO rating rise or is it like a pot (a watched pot never boils)? I have spread myself so thin with so many things to do…

Thanks Trionders.
