Instruction Writing
This article tells about how to write a list of instruction on a specific topic.
One of the most important features related to technical community is giving instruction. An instruction is a set of explanation of how to do things. Instructions are given in the imperative form. It is addressed directly to the reader. As these instructions are meant for the safety of the listener it can be addressed directly to the reader. It should be in the form of command and there is no option for the listener other than to follow the instructions.
Good Instruction require
1. Clear simple writing.
2. A through understanding of the procedure with all its technical details.
3. Finally ones ability to visualize the procedure in great detail to make the listener understand the procedure exactly.
