Have you gone through my article on where to find a ghostwriter? Okay…you have now found a suitable ghostwriter; the next question is how to hire a ghostwriter. Let me tell you tips and tricks that will help you in hiring a ghostwriter.
Ask for writing samples:

You have now got a list of applications and want to choose the best one to work with you. Ask the selected candidates to send writing samples. Ensure the articles are original. Run a copyscape check to find whether these articles are original or they have sent samples of some other writer. Go through these writing samples and analyze their style of writing, grip in English grammar and sentence formation.
Speak about your requirements:
Tell the ghostwriter about your requirements in detail. Tell them about the topic you want them to deal with and ideas that you have, if any, about the topic. If you have any research materials about the topic, share it with them. Ask the ghostwriter to go through the research material and find out whether he/she is ready to write.
Negotiate on the pricing and mode of payment: Ask the ghostwriter about the mode of payment. Paying a ghostwriter is important; therefore, understand whether he/she has a payment mode that is suitable to you else work an option by which you can pay him/her. If you feel the price is too high, you may negotiate with the ghostwriter. If you want quality articles, you should not mind paying some extra dollars. Lol.
Copyright for these articles: Every ghostwriter will definitely know that the rights of the finished product are transferred to the buyer; however, it is advisable to make this clear when you hire a ghostwriter. Tell them clearly that they cannot use these as samples to get jobs from other buyers.
Set a timeline for the project: Get in touch with the ghostwriter and ask them how long it would take to complete the entire project. Ask them to communicate about the way the project is shaping up regularly. Be very clear on your instructions that if there is a delay that is not discussed earlier, you have every right to discontinue their services or charge them a late fee.
Communication is the key here. Detailed communication between the buyer and the ghostwriter is very important for the completion of the project according to the requirements of the buyer. How about hiring me to write articles for you?
