A different take on Macbeth.
Macbeth had several hallucinations throughout the play. Each vision significantly revealed how Macbeth was feeling at the time. Some of these visions occurred around a murder and others were induced by the witches. Most of the hallucinations, however, occurred when Macbeth was distressed the most.
Who was really responsible for Macbeth’s downfall?
At the beginning of the play we think of Macbeth being a great hero. He is one of the most honorable knights in the country but as the play goes on Macbeth degenerates in our opinions because of some of the awful things he has done and ends up being the worst and most hated character in the play.
Macbeth the play starts off with Macbeth seeing 3 witches on a cliff. Macbeth is a Scottish General. Macbeth approaches them and asks politely what they were doing there. The witches tell Macbeth to be quiet. One of the witches greets Macbeth, the next witch gives a sly grin, and the third witch has a grin the size of her face.
