A song that’s written about finding peace through the worst. Even though things seem to be unbearable you can always find happiness in what you have around you. For a man or woman who are having trouble at work or with the car they can always find peace and happiness at home with their spouse and kids. That’s true happiness. Not worrying about what you hear on the news or the radio with the violence, but finding a release in yourself. That’s what the chorus talks about with "down on goes the rain" "the others of our kind don’t speak the same" it’s a symbol of that and expresses it beautifully.
A song that gets into the belief of needing friends, but not wanting to be betrayed. A song about love and struggling without someone that means well.
The humor continues as I attempt to write for various outlets.
I never thought of poetry as a way to beat aging and depression until now.
If you plagiarized my works, it is understood that you love my works. You love my silly thoughts and you love my stupidity.
Or, maybe that should read Laughter is the Best Medicine. This is a tribute to all the wonderful writers on Triond. You have stretched my imagination, increased my knowledge and made me laugh. That has to be a good thing.
Have you ever stopped to think about what makes you laugh? What is humor, anyway? It isn’t really something that can be analysed, or taught. Some like real “in your face” obvious humor and others prefer more subtle stuff. Which are you? Basically, though, it all comes down to the individual. If you laugh, a joke is funny and if you don’t, it’s not.
