As October draws to a ghostly end, the world firmly in the grip of Hallowe’en fever, it is perhaps time to reflect back on a 30 day period of intense activity, some joy and disappointment, and most of all some small sense of achievement.
This has been an interesting month, and with Halloween this weekend, looks set to end on a high note.
Sometimes you need to step back and review the way you do things. Being incapable of too much physical activity because of a medical condition means that a lot of time is spent writing, but is it too much?
