Weird Response From Triond: Declined Article

More than a week of agony for not being able to submit my articles on Triond. Repeatedly, I kept on fixing each article submitted but just the same I kept on receiving similar declined notification for each submitted article in spite of several fix done on them. Although at first, I gave credence on the doubt in favor of Triond, for the sake of submitting new contents, although I was pretty sure that my grammar, punctuations and spellings are correct. Nonetheless, a message like this “We would like to publish your submitted content, but it contains too many readability errors. Although we declined this content, you are welcome to submit any new content to Triond, just make sure to double-check it for correct spelling, punctuation and/or grammar” continued to appear on my email.
The members of my community were proven to be of great help in solving this problem, in particular, lilyrose, Ruby Hawk ,Joanofrac and pretty good Themax, who gave me a very lengthy tips on how to get out from this mess. To you guys, I salute for your concern. At least, I know that there is a lot of willing pro to share their talents out there like you.
But a little query is still on my mind when I received an answer from Triond’s representative in this way, “Your account has been updated and you’re welcome to resubmit any declined content. However, please make sure you fix your grammatical errors before resubmitting. If you do not make changes, and you try to submit the exact same copy of each content item, it will be declined. Thanks”.
Pardon for my reaction, however, I consider the above message very weird if not completely irrelevant. At first you were talking of readability errors and then all of the sudden you’re saying that my account has been updated. Common guys, I can’t figure out what you mean. I am a responsible writer and I know pretty well my duties and responsibilities, as a writer, much that I know your policies as well. But, please make your notifications simple and commonsense. Can’t you directly tell your providers what’s going on? From the satisfaction corner I read a note “make your complaint more frustrating, be emotional to get noticed”. What do you mean guys? Are you experimenting? Hush! It is not about money but for the effort in producing good articles that were declined even after five seconds from note of publication.
The agony and sleepless nights you gave brought my blood pressure above normal. Nonetheless, it’s a good experience on this little irrationality on their part..
But I want to be very clear before I end this litany, through Triond, I realized the dream of articulating my ideas in writing. My gratitude and patience still with you guys. Thank you for the opportunity.

I experienced the same now. I keep submitting but they keep it declined for readability errors.

ugh i have made 50 articles and checked all of them for mistakes and grammar mistakes. i have made no mistakes!!! I keep getting this messege and it is driving me up the wall….. i need help.

i know that my grammer is terrible, ive only ever experienced this once and after making no fixes at all my article was published after recieveing the message that it had been declined, quite confusing but my blood pressure is fine lol i hope next to be able to work out how i get my content noticed and feedback added
a writers just writes if you enjoy it and get noticed all the better but if you have something you feel strong enough about to say, you should never be discurouraged, comments and feedback good or bad helps your work improve hopefully

The same trouble i am facing right now… I am kind of confused because its been a month I have not been submitting anything and I have been trying to submit some stuff from day before. They all are declined. I am sure my grammar is perfect and no readability errors.Can anyone kindly help me how to fix this?

me too facing such problem, almost immediate right after 1 submitted the article, I will received the declined confirmation email.

yeah.. im facing same problem
i have about 10 articles declined with no grammar and spelling mistakes… i believe. I even went to microsoft word to check my grammar.

I am not sure since I was not a member during the period you did face this. But things go wrong on this site like other sites once in a while, so nothing to feel bad. Hey I am feeling like myself to go get admitted in a grammar school to start allover again. Your grammar is fine..
