What is a Haiku

Description of haiku and how to do one.

A Haiku is a Japanese poem that involves nature.

In order to make a Haiku, you must understand what one looks like.

Example:

The rose bud glistens.
Burning across the flat ground.
Just for enjoyment.

Now to make a Haiku you must understand what syllables are. Syllables are the separations of words.

Example: Flower=(Flo-wer)

The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7, and the third line has 5 again.

Put these together and you’ll be a pro in no time.
