How you can use Twitter to gain readers and boost your Triond earnings.
Twitter asks: What are you doing? You then reply in 140 letters or less.
For the longest time, I wasn’t really sure what Twitter was about. I saw the Twitter button at Triond and submitted my article URLs but was still foggy as to how to use Twitter to gain readers and a following for my Triond articles.
I finally took the time to familiarize myself with the Twitter concept. Twitter asks: What are you doing? You then add brief remarks. It’s a way to touch bases with others.
When I add an article Url to Twitter, I describe what the article is about or ask a question that my article answers. This can be difficult because you have to have enough letters left over, out of the 140 letters, to include your URL–but it can be done.
I’ve found that since I started describing my Triond articles, I’ve gained far more readers and followers at Twitter.
I also follow others and make comments on material they have submitted.
Twitter is a great little tool and once you understand how it works, you can use Twitter to gain a following for your Triond articles.

Thanks Athlyn. I’ve been experimenting with the different bookmarking sites. I’ve also been trying to tweak the descriptions I use when I post to the bookmarking sites, so your article is very timely.

Actually, twitter has become my 4th source of traffic after i started using it. The traffic it provides is so good that the bounce rate is lower than 50 percent.
