User Guide Writing Process

1.                       Identify your user (Sam Matthews which is a beginner user)

2.                       Create a profile of your user( Age, gender, literacy level, purpose for use of item Etc)

3.                       Develop a profile of your target audience ( Create an imaginary group of users for whom you are writing the guide)

4.                       Write a usability test (A short test to assesses the user’s ability to accomplish tasks using this object)

5.                       Construct the user guide ( Specific for your target audience)
