3) Bring a small notebook and pen to jot down thoughts, inspirations and key words which you come across along the way

4) Go for a nice cup of coffee, tea or just a nice beverage drink

5) Sit by the sea and listen to the waves

6) Go for a ride or a short drive or just cycle around the park area

7) Watch a movie or read a good book

8) Take a nice and warm shower

9) Go for a short hike or take a boat ride to the nearest island and just camp out

10) Go fishing

11) Have a small chit-chat with the shop owner (it works for me at times)

12) Listen to a good music

13) Strum some notes on the guitar for those who know, or just play a musical instrument

Here are some of the remedies which work for me some and others which I’ve yet to try.  I hate having a writer’s block but I suppose if I don’t have any, I’d probably won’t stop writing until I get a burnout.  So, friends, if ever any of you suffers from a writer’s block at some point, fret not.

Take some time off doing what you are currently up on and choose the method that works best for you to rejuvenate.  Trust me, your creative side will once more come running and flowing.  On some occasions, I find myself able to write more interestingly and having more awesome ideas.

If writing is in you, you will definitely have on and off writer’s block moments.  Embrace that period, get rejuvenated and come out with more awesome writings thereafter.  Stay ‘rested’…
