I have written this article to help those writers who are new to Helium. Hopefully, you will find enough information to help you write your articles and start making money now. Of course, not all of us are here for the money; we are here to showcase our work as well.
The content of this article includes:
I have been on Helium for nearly a year and writing articles has been quite difficult particularly because they need to be a minimum of 400 words long and it can cause you a headache. But if the article is outlined very well, it can be easy. What you need to do is briefly write out the points that you will be making in your article. What is the article about? If you’re writing to a title which needs a lot of evidence to prove your answer, you will need to jot it down as well, this way; your reader will not have any questions lurking in their minds.
Answer: because your heart is unhealthy.
This answer is very basic and will not complete what the readers want to know. No one will want to read an article which tells them a basic answer without any proof.
The reason why someone gets heart attacks is because one of their heart muscles might be damaged.
This is a reasonable answer but it will need more detail and description. Having an article with detail and description will attract more readers and will be seen as a useful piece by thousands of viewers if the site exists for very long.
You might have noticed that an article you have written is receiving either very little or no views than other articles which attract thousands a month! The reason why is because not a lot of people will be interested in reading about the topic thus resulting in little or no views. On the other hand, writing a topic that readers will want to know about can be much more rewarding.
If I write an article about a celebrity who has died recently, the first few days could be its only life because readers will be engaged in the topic. However, a few weeks or months later, is that going to be something that was recent? The answer is no, due to the fact that it would become old news.
However, if I write an article about the symptoms of stroke, it will continuously bring in traffic due to the interest in the topic. Readers will want to know the symptoms and therefore will come to read the article. For several years, more and more new readers could be reading my article and the traffic won’t stop.
This is why you should write an article that brings in non-stop traffic. Afterwards, you will see that your income will steadily rise.
It is against the terms to plagiarize other people’s content. There are certain writers who don’t heed the rules and they decide it is better to earn money from someone else’s work. Be aware that Helium or any other website will suspend or even terminate your account if you are caught. It is best to stick with the rules and create your own work. It is ok to use an article for information, but always re-write it in your own very words. Do not copy one single sentence if you think that will be ok.
Always remember that you should be professional in your writing. Writers should have more experience in writing will find it easy. However, it doesn’t mean that you will not get anywhere. Keep trying and soon you will notice the difference. Writing professionally will bring your work to the top by the ratings system on Helium.
One reason why the articles are ranked low on Helium is because they carry a lot of errors. These errors can be anything such as spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. I have also suffered from these errors but as you write more, the articles improve dramatically.
Writing quality articles can be very hard particularly if you are new to the world of writing. But with effort and dedication, you can become those writers who achieve the writing stars here on Helium.
