Does it take a skilled journalist or skilled poet to publish with Triond? According to their terms of service, no it does not. So, why do some complain about what others write?
After reading over several comments left in Triond’s forum it gave me an assumption that one should only be free to publish if their writing is up to par by other’s standards outside of Triond’s standards, because obviously if it’s published online it passed the quality standards of the site. It’s nice to get an eye opener of how one can get so critiqued for what they write. If what’s published on Triond goes through an editor first and gets approved I feel one is freely open to write whatever and for whatever they feel the desire, reason or need to. Besides everyone read’s differently so what might be considered crap to one could be found amusing to others or perhaps they got a good laugh from it, who knows. I call it freedom of speech.
I know I’m no master publisher only have done four to date, with this making two still pending, however if you’re reading along, then yes it got approved. When I first joined I didn’t even know if my writing would be of enough quality to get approved, so I was surprised when it did. It gave me encouragement to dabble more into writing. I consider this to be a learning experience as I read and comment more with others more so than I take the time to write for my own self publishing’s, it’s not to reciprocate viewings it’s just a simple I took the time to read your writing and either liked or enjoyed the read so leaving a I like or a comment is only netiquette to me. I have stumbled across some rather controversial one’s that I didn’t agree with, therefore just simply moved on to another one as I would rather not get into a debate for my own reasons as to why. Not to mention some that just didn’t incite me to read. As well as I want to see the writing platform of Triond in general. I joined Triond to write, to practice and to get my feet wet and see if it’s for me or not. I never thought of how it could get judged harshly or well praised by it‘s readers.
This started out to be a response from me for a topic being discussed along the line’s of what’s considered crap to overboard self promotion, but after I noticed how lengthy of a comment I was writing I figured it would be better read by a larger audience since after all Triond is a service on the basis of publishing. Not to mention the perk of getting paid to write. The community does seem very welcoming overall to me though especially as apposed to some others I scoped out and was considering joining. So, I find it as ease of use and a nice stepping stone for writers.
As I’m sure there are more stricter publishing site’s around, to those that fuss about what you feel isn’t to your liking, why be a member and yet have complaint’s in a free online world wide web with many other site’s that you can choose from to not only publish but read with as well, outside of Triond. As the saying goes that’s just my two cent’s worth, from a beginning writer. I’m not trying to bring myself enemies in a new territory but oh well if I do, that’s life and I’m not afraid to express my opinion on matters. If you don’t like something don’t read it, simple solution to a simple problem.

A site that allows a title with “Who’s Can Write…” has no standards, so don’t congratulate yourself. Triond has practically no standards at all. If it did, this article wouldn’t have passed. If you don’t want to be bothered to learn punctuation or grammar, fine, but don’t pretend that it has anything to do with freedom of speech.

LOL, thanks for the comment. My title wasn’t originally submitted with “Who’s Can Write” by myself but if it was edited that way and after I saw it I sent it in to be fixed. If Triond has no standards then that’s my point exactly, everyone is free to publish as they wish and if it’s approved and you have a problem with what you read, you don’t have to read it, just like this comment you left was nothing, so move on if you don’t like the grammar, who are you to dictate what is or isn’t freedom of speech.
Thanks for the comment though I do appreciate that from you. Is there any thing else you feel the need to correct me on professor, lol? By the way this article passed so your point is what? Who said anything about congratulating myself I just simply published and obviously it caught your eye enough that you couldn’t pass it up, so once again thanks!

BE A WRITER AND WRITE, DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO THE HATERS, IT’S THEIR JOB TO HATE. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THE PUNCTUATION, AND SPELLING, BECAUSE TRIOND DOES STATE THAT YOU CAN PUBLISH ANYTHING, SO YOU’LL NEED TO BE YOUR OWN EDITOR. THAT BEING SAID, SOMEONE READ MY WORK, AND LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE ANY MISTAKES, CAUSE I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT PART OF SCHOOL IS ALL A BLURR.
