Triond Writers
I am privileged to be a writer on Triond and I appreciate all the good friends I have made here.
I started writing for Triond in May of 2007. I wasn’t sure what it was all about as I began to feel my way around. Darlene McFarlane and Lucy Locket took me under their wings and were my first friends on Triond. They were so helpful to me and I will appreciate them forever. New friends took me up and became my friends.Liane Schmidt, Nick Kenny, Judy Shelton, lanne, Dee Huff, Louie Jerome, Anne Lyken Garner, Valli, Icycuky, Dee Huff, Alexa Gates, and Moses Ingram are just a few of my early friends. They were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better or kinder friends.
When I started writing on Triond I was hoping for a little extra money and I haven’t been disappointed. I certainly haven’t gotten rich but I have made spending money and I have paid the expenses for two Christmases from my Triond earnings. It has been better than I hoped for. Of course I would be happy to earn more money if I could.
I have always enjoyed reading and writing so it is also an enjoyable hobby for me. Reading my friends articles and seeing their pictures have been fun and a pleasure. I look forward to continuing to do just that. I think of something every day that I want to write about and I can hardly wait to see the comments left on my articles.
I appreciate my new friends just as much as my early friends and I try to read and comment on every article that I can. It is my pleasure. A more dedicated group than my fellow Triond writer friends does not exist. I am so proud to be associated with all of you

I loved reading your story. I, too, retired and now can spend more time on my favorite things; like writing. I hope to do many, many more articles now that I have more time, and to make more friends here. Thanks for sharing.
