Triond is like a forum where you are paid for your contributions.  I think this is an excellent concept because I have always felt that while I participate in forums I should somehow be repaid for the contribution I make to the website.  The forum owner makes money based on advertisements and such albeit not necessarily a whole lot depending upon whom you ask.  The contributors in the forum are basically volunteers in the normal setup.  With Triond you receive something for your effort.  You get the actual pay plus you get a blogspot that you can use as a resume and a reference, etcetera.

It doesn’t seem like a lot so far, maybe a penny per 10 views but I am curious what would happen if say a thousand views were generated.  Then maybe some cash could start flowing.  Just have to see on that one.  I like the concept though.  I do think it is only fair that people be rewarded for their efforts.
