Triond’s Latest Convenient Feature

Perhaps not anyone may have noticed the latest feature of Triond which I myself was able to notice for the first time when I logged on to my Triond account this morning. As you have observed in the past, there is no way you can be linked to your Triond account when you post a comment on any Triond publication, unlike in Associated Content where your profile is automatically made accessible when you post a comment on any of the site’s content. If you have secretly longed for this convenient feature before, then it is time to rejoice as your secret wish has already been granted.

When I opened one of the authspot articles on the hot content list, the name of the recent commenter (also a writer friend of mine) was highlighted in red and her photo appeared beside it as well. So I guessed maybe Triond at last has made it possible to directly link the name of the commenter to his or her Triond account if he or she has one. And when I typed in my comment, my guess was proven to be correct, for there below the field provided for the verification code I could clearly see the question “Post comment with your Triond credentials?” with a tick box conveniently placed on its left side.

So I eagerly clicked the tick box and the fields for my username and password respectively appeared. When I provided the required details and clicked submit, voila! My byline was highlighted in red too and my picture was right beside it, isn’t it wonderful?

This latest feature of Triond is very welcome to its numerous users as it offers several advantages such as follows:

Easy recognition of a fellow Triond user

You can easily recognize a fellow Triond user who posts a comment on your articles. That way, you are not left guessing whether a commenter has a Triond account or not. During my first few weeks on Triond, I found it a little frustrating trying to figure out whether a commenter on my pieces was a Triond user or not, especially if he/she does not use his/her byline when posting comments. I had to search them through the users list to find their names, send them a message and read their works as well.

Convenient access to a commenter’s Triond profile

This feature has completely eliminated the hassle of going back to the Triond site, going through the users list and searching the names of those who post comments on your articles. With just a simple click on a commenter’s Triond byline that appears above his/her comment, you can directly view that user’s profile. It surely allows you to save some precious seconds or even minutes if your computer is rather slow.

Ready interaction among users commenting on a certain post

If you view a post, you can readily differentiate Triond users from those who are not among those who have posted comments on that particular post. If you want to view the profile or contact any of the Triond users commenting on that post, you can readily do so. This feature therefore also facilitates interaction among Triond users.

This feature is a sign of Triond’s continuous dedicated efforts not only in providing convenience to its users but in promoting its users and their works as well. As Triond’s inherent nature of using different websites in publishing various types of web content, a direct link to your Triond profile from any of these websites is indeed very beneficial.
