Trick in Getting on Hot Content List: My Theory

While getting on the hot content’s list does not guarantee you a whole lot more views, it gives you a sense of accomplishment.

As I sit and try to figure out what does the trick, I think I found a solution. I don’t know if you’ve noticed that it is not the amount of words you write or the quality of work you do that gets you the spot. Today I noticed that every article that has the words Hot Content appears on the Hot Content List. My guess is that the articles that are chosen has the key words “Hot..Content” listed either a tag or heading. I also believe that our articles are actually picked by a machine and once the machine picks up those key words, it automatically brings up your work.

I have written plenty of articles; however I am dying to see one of them appear on Triond’s hot contents list. As I write, I put my best foot forward meaning; I try to do my best. I have seen a lot of articles make the Hot Content list daily and I must say most of them are very good. While that is true, there are plenty of them that are extremely “crappy” so to speak.

For those articles that do not have the key words Hot & Content, I believe they were chosen by different key words that the machine was programmed to look for.

If this article appears on the list, I can only conclude that my theory was right, if not, I just have to keep speculating and guessing what next to do to get a hit.

What if it has nothing to do with key words? Well, it gives us something to ponder; but since the people who know are not going to tell us it’s kind of counter productive pondering it. I have a theory. But one theory is just as good as another.

Yup! Just what I wrote today; incidentally, it was an article on my theory about the hot content list. I stated the reason why people here are trying to crack this mystery, it’s because everyone here are excellent logical thinkers of course, they need this type of debated subject to keep on writing their great articles like they do. Nice read, it really got me thinking. Thank you!
