Today.com is a website that pays blogger $1 per post per day. You can only get the max of $1 per day and the rest will be base on residual from page views. You have to sign up and they’re taking application. If they have a spot open, they will accept you for the $1 per day and if they don’t, you’ll get $2 for every 1000 page views per day. I was with them for awhile and they pay me every month. It’s fun to blog for them but I wish that it comes up on google. I had trouble with page views because it didn’t show up on google. My page views were low and I couldn’t earn money from page views.

I think that they pay you $1 just to get you in the door but then they will discontinue it once you’ve been there long. They discontinue my $1 per day and I was offerred $2 for every 1000 page views. I didn’t write anymore because you can’t earn the $50 threshold that they’ve set. They will only pay once you have reached $50 and that could take a very long time with their $2 rate. I wish that they would change their business model so that it could come up on google so people can get more page views. Usually search engine are not into blog and they give more preference to high quality articles on google. They should call their website an article base instead of a blog because Google give more priority to article base website.

They have an editor on site and the editor is nice but she can discontinue your $1 rate if she doesn’t like your blog. They require each blog to be 100 words the least. You have to stick with the topic that you chose. They’re not demanding on quality. I’ve seen a lot of posts that are very casual. You can promote your blog on technorati to earn more page views or on other social network. You can earn a little bit but it’s not a lot if you don’t promote your content. You can give it a try and maybe make $50 a month. Anything is helpful. Today website will be better if they turn their website into a formal articles website so search engine can pick them up more. They have a large network and you can get some readings from their member.
