Here is a place for all of those questions about Triond.
I have been inundated of late with pm’s asking me questions about Triond. Everything from SEO to promoting to technical questions. I try to answer as many as I can, but the problem is that I only have so much time to devote to Triond, and most of it goes to writing and promoting my work. Factor in as well the fact that many of the questions are rather similar in nature, and it becomes a problem.
The easiest way to solve this problem would be to post the questions and answers in the forum; however, due to the fact that many people choose to avoid the forum, this won’t work. So, with the help of several other Triond vets, we have come up with a plan B, which is this article.
If you have a specific question with regard to publishing, editing, promoting, or any other Triond related issue, post it in the comments section of this article. Between the four of us, we will check it periodically throughout the day, and answer as many of the questions as we can. Answers will begin with the word answer and then the name of the individual who posted the question.
The article will be kept up in a thread on the forum entitled “Triond Help Thread“. We originally had planned on simply reposting the questions and answers in the forum itself, but due to trolling it would, in all likelihood, become too cluttered to sort through after a time. By keeping the questions and answers in article form, I maintain the ability to delete the stupidity that would no doubt find it’s way there.
If this idea works, it will serve as a tool we can all use. Simply bookmark it, and peruse from time to time to find the questions others have asked as well. By all means, feel free to contribute to the answers as well. Networking is one of the keys to success here; hopefully this will serve as a vessel for us to do so.
A few ground rules:
Do not spam links to your articles. If you do, they will be deleted.
Keep it clean. If you feel the need to be obscene, do it elsewhere. This a tool, not a playground. Offensive posts will also be deleted.
Ask specific questions. If you ask “How do I make money?” or “How do I promote?” your questions will not be answered, as the answers would simply be far too time consuming. Break it down and ask several if need be.
The internet is big enough for us all to find success here; we simply need to work together.

Nice article friend. Nice initiative too.
Well My first question is: Does triond pays us for features articles and
articles posted under popular articles?
If so, How much?
If not, Why not?
Thank you

Not a penny more. And the answer is… because they don’t need to. Supposedly the list will get you more exposure, which to a small degree it can.

Hey Mo, some questions. I just published a piece( pending right now) which should have a decent chance of being seen. It is fairly well written, about a “hot topic” and i used a text analyzer. keyword frequencies of 3.9 %, .9% and .7 %. I will post it to Facebook where I might get 12 views out of my 200 friends, since Facebook comes and goes so quickly. I fear I may have abused reddit when I first discovered it because my views from there have suffered lately. Guess my queston is what should I do next? I will Stumble it, but whats the best way to get views from search engines? While my subject is a “hot topic” I know it’s going to be competing with thousands of other articles and pages on this subject

Thanks. I’ve tended to avoid the Forum as my initial experiences were that it appears to be dominated by a few who sometimes have nothing to say. This help thread could work well.

I am having trouble with the Triond site, (again). It locks up, I can’t edit my article after I paste the “Article Body”, I can’t save it as a “Draft”. Everything just locks up.
Is it me?
