And it’s all about Triond.

I never understand Triond statistics. The views that Triond shows to us, are they accurate? Last month I installed Triond toolbar. But the problem is the views of the toolbar and the views of my dashboard never match. Normally what toolbar shows, the dashboard graph shows much less views than that. This is very confusing. So far, I’ve never got to know how many views actually my articles are getting. That graph is always very disturbing! Initially I used to get disturbed by this type of inconsistency of Triond. But now it’s kind of fun!
Nowadays, I don’t normally think about this much. Mainly because I don’t know how to solve the puzzle. So what’s the point bothering about it? I know many of the Triond users are having same problem and very much amazed by Triond stats. Though I know, right now the site is going through some server problem or up-gradation but even if when every thing is on the place this particular problem always remains.
Another funny thing about Triond is its ‘forbidden comment’ factor. Some of the Triond’s associated sites very much stubborn to not take any comment! No matter what you type, once it is said ‘forbidden’, well- you know you are there to click again and again. And this has nothing to do with server maintenance or something like that. It’s been here for long. At least I’ve been noticing it since I joined Triond. Many times I get so irritated that I stop giving comments to my friend’s articles and poems. Because this problem just eats out time. There’s no point trying ten minutes to give just one comment.
Well, having said that, I must say that I’m not really angry with Triond. Only this becomes very irritating at times. But one thing I like about Triond is its approach towards its writers. They are very professional to deal with them. If I have any problem and mail to Triond, someone from the site responds. This is very important. I know few sites that never bother to respond on users questions. Also Triond gets its record straight as far as the payment is concerned. This is very encouraging for all the writers and keeps us going.
In the end, I must say so far it’s been a good journey for me on Triond. I would like to hear from my fellow Triond writers about their experiences here.

I have the same problems too. If I believed the graphs I don’t get any views via Triond! I have a problem with that forbidden message when I try to comment on articles, usually if I persist I can leave a comment but it is a big waste of time. Good article.

I’ve had the forbidden message problem, and I’ve had many times when Triond doesn’t feature on my view source chart, and yet I’m getting comments so I know Trion writers are reading. But basically Trion has a friendly vibe and is comfortable to use.

Thank you for this very sincere article. Of course I noticed exactly the same things. They do have a problem with their server. In addition, the more views you have the least income you get. There is a problem indeed! even with the counting. I noticed this many times.By the way, do you know what their index is? I hope they do somethning about it very soon. I like this place though, because I found very good friends and a very sympathetic editorial team, as you said. So go ahead Triond! make an effort and give us more. We all work hard here!
Best wishes to you Sourav and all my friends.

My problem is that when you are writing a comment or sending a message to someone and it is taking a while to write, you have to log onto the site again and start the process all over again….

Very interesting article. When I get forbidden, I change a letter or puctuation mark and it works. Well it sounds silly, but it works for me.

now you got me thinking…hmmm

I notice recently that there is a lot of things going on with Triond.

I have done a few writes about triond and I think everyone is quite aware how I feel, however it is only in the last month and a half it became this way with the errors and payment issues and so on as well as stats.Basically I have decided to give up trying to wonder what is going on with Triond and let Triond do that and I’ll just get on with what I do best, write! They are quite good to respond, although in the last month I have been in satisfaction on a daily basis with a new problem and the responses always seem to be the same for every question. I acutally have them down by heart and have found myself typing away to peoples problems, knowing the answer they are going to get.lol Anyways terrifc write Sourav!

Yesterday I couldn’t put smiley faces on my responses (forbidden content) but was able to in the past.
My biggest issue, which I haven’t seen anyone complain about, is that when I am on Triond and I read a couple of articles, after about the third one I close it will re-open again and again and again. It just keeps opening the page and my only way to stop it is to reboot my computer. This only happens on Triond so I don’t think it’s my computer/server/browser. Anyone else have this problem?
November 14th, 2009 at 4:42 am
No Mary I haven’t had that problem.
I don’t have any triond views on my graph either, although people are commenting. I am not sure if my money is correct this moth, its going up very slowly despite the fact that for two days I had over a 1,000 hits? the mind boggles. I work hard on this site and I like this site.

well said…

It is a good site but I agree certain areas need to be improved and better explanations given. Great article though.

Nice article.

Yes, Triond has it’s problems. There are no Triond hits on my graph, either. They may be saving that money for themselves. You know, to cover the bottom line. I find it interesting that after being in business for at least three years, Triond is still having growing problems. I guess they are constantly adding new stuff and it constantly causes them problems.

It’s good to know that there are others like me facing similar problems. Thanks for the article. I have been having similar problems about number of viewers.

It’s nice to know that others are having the same problems, but overall, I’m happy with Triond.

I don’t know if I’ll contnue wrting… I’m new in this kind of stuff and I don’t have earnings in my account even there had been some people who view my articles.
November 18th, 2009 at 4:51 pm
I’m having trouble getting views to my articles. I’m trying to do a better job of networking. I haven’t noticed any real problems with the forbidden aspect.

I have those same prob limes at times
March 1st, 2010 at 4:06 pm
great article. I meet the same problems and question marks when I daily use Triond. But well, we’ll just have to live with it, untill they hopefully fix it. Another thing that I’m not so sacrificed with, is that whenever I try submitting audio it gets submitted pretty fast BUT. Then when I go to listen to my submitted music there’s just no sound at all! They player starts and I’m able to start, pause, and stop it but there’s no sound coming out at all. This is also what my friends here at triond says. Too bad.
Well thanks for sharing,
Best regards,
A.W.H.

Most of my articles are being declined for readability errors even my recipes. But they do publish my poems. Gosh, I hope the editors will really review my content and publish it.

Help me out friend, I am new to Triond (using Triond since two months), I have written and published 60 articles by now and just today I reach the 500 impressions goal. 7-8 views per article in 2 months doesn’t seem encouraging. I am becoming a struggling writer.
