Going to Google Trends is what you need to do now. Here you can check your keywords one by one. For example, if you search for H1N1 you will see that the number of people searching for it increased exponentially because of the pandemic warning and all the buzz the news have been given lately. This is just the best time to write about this Flu. You need to choose very carefully the keywords that will make your title. For example, which is the best term, “H1N1 Is Attacking!” or “Swine Flu Is Attacking!”? Take a look at both Google Trends and Keyword too. The H1N1 has 673.000 searches while the Swine Flu has 5.000.000 searches! Just one keyword can make or break your article. The title is definitely the most important part of article SEO. The search engine will consider the title before anything because it’s the title that becomes bold when it matches the user query. The introduction or the H1 in HTML code is the second most important part of the article. Then in the body of the article you can divide it in three parts for example and the most valuable one would be the first one, then the second then the third and all these factors matter in SEO. Google says they use more than a Billion variables to decide on a page’s relevance, so imagine how many wonderful things search engines consider about your article that you will probably never dream of!

Keyword density is the nest thing you need to take care of. Try to keep between 5% and 7%. This seems to be the best value before being considered either irrelevant or spammer. If your title has the keyword Swine flu, do not start using H1N1 suddenly or you will make your article a mix thus less relevant for any of these words. Stick to the keywords you used in your title. You can use a keyword analyzer to automatically analyze your content.

Finally what do you need more? You just need to write more. Do not feel small when you see your article just made you a few cents. Understand there are not millions but billions of articles on the internet. It’s very hard for you to get the exposure you want, but hey, it’s competition!
