Stay Away From Triond for The Weekend?

What happened when I did…

Dear Trionders,

It’s hardly been a week since I last published something on Triond and I signed in only to answer messages or read a few articles and poems. My views jumped off the cliff or something and hit rock bottom. To me, reading is an inherent part of being a writer. Lest, you read, you may never know the different ways you could have explained what you wanted to. To copy others is wrong. To learn from others is not wrong at all. Many a times I find myself asking how many people out there in this particular network actually write for doing the “literature” aspect some justice. The lyricist that rests inside you…are you doing justice to it by writing a poem? Or is the biggest factor that has drawn people to this site is to earn money? The same green thing that falls in the category “it comes, it goes”. Pretty much, like the seasons. I found many sensible people on this network. Some of whom I may never meet, Some of whom I plan to meet in the due course of time. If this is the age of the Internet “friends”, here’s a toast to all on this network. To all those who had a bad day and wished the sun would show itself on a rainy, cloudy day; here’s me sending out happiness and loads of sunshine from this part of the sandy world. Live life large. We’re all here just once, let’s party!

Getting to the point. I might be on Triond less often hereafter, probably because of a possible new member to my life. I’m planning to adopt. Can’t think of a name just yet. Spending days and nights just thinking of the responsibility I am about to take up on my shoulder. 6-weeks old baby wouldn’t allow me to freak out with friends like I used to. Sometimes, we all need a bit of responsibility. I feel I can help raise the little one with lot’s of love. I know I’m looking at feeding, cleaning, hospital visits and the list goes on. I can’t tell you how happy I am. It is so special. A life and not a toy. I realize the difference and I hope I can do my part well. The puppy is a cross breed of a husky and a shephard. I will keep you all updated as I’m going to pay a visit today. If I adopt, you can surely expect to see some pictures up on Triond!

Cheers,
Kaavs
