Six Triond Masterpieces That Make Me Smarter

Not everyone can write intelligently. These six authors confirm that you can acquire knowledge in a click.

Triond amasses writers from around the globe.  Writers with expertise and competence.  Not everyone can write intelligently for Triond, but these six authors confirm that you can acquire knowledge in a click.

Bailout Politics in America

The wave of bailout politics continues in the USA.  Reading Brian James’ The Bill of (What Used to Be Your Rights) will give all Americans incentive to take notice of how the American government tries to balance the fine line between policy and popularity.  Can President Obama fulfill his promises?

Speaking of bailouts, in Auto Big Three Demands Their Own Bailout Golfer Gary coins a phrase when he says “confronted by the most severe confidence crisis we have faced since the Great Depression… to suggest that the American taxpayer should underwrite automobile loans so that the automobile industry can produce more cars is utterly absurd!”  Absurd indeed, especially when GM gives a new camaro to a millionaire athlete.

Indonesia the Island to Emulate?

Did you know that Indonesia is the fourth largest populated nation in the world?  As of 2008, Indonesia boasts over 237 million residents.  Eunice Tan’s Twenty Eight World Records of Indonesia informs us that Indonesia is a sweet island to emulate.

History of the Cold War

If you are like me, it is hard to sit down and read an entire history book.  That’s why I like reading Duke’s Harry Truman Won the Cold War.  Duke highlights an important piece of 20th century history.  He writes with expert analysis that makes me even madder that my high school world history class ended at World War II.

Language Learning Made Maniacal

When I was in school I studied German from a book, but Lucas Die grew up speaking multiple languages in a European context.  How many languages do you speak?  Lucas admits to four.  Read The Trials of Growing Up Bilingual and you’ll come away both wishing you were multilingual and thankful that you aren’t.

North African No-no

Europe has its benefits, namely, official recognition as a Union.  What if you lived in Western Sahara?  What?  You’ve not heard about Western Sahara?  You had better read Rask Balavoine’s masterpiece entitled When Is a Country Not a Country? to find the answer to his question.

These masterpieces make me smarter and I’m grateful to be part of a writing community that builds me up.
