Self Promotion Makes the Difference on Triond

I discovered Triond around mid February 2009 and I’ve written many articles, but the most I have made on a Triond article was 8 cents in one day. Only May 15Th of this month I had received my first payout of 57cents.

While I had 30 odd articles up to the 15th of May, I achieved 30 cents this month. I see that the difference in the amount of articles can make a small difference.
From my articles I would get about 10 to 15 views a day, when i was using no self promotion at all.

Yesterday I finally tried to use twitter to promote my content, I signed up for an account and then I did a little more research and saw something about Stumble Upon.

Stumble upon is amazing, I added all my articles to it, and overnight, Stumble Upon helped me with 30 re-directions to my content. This is a massive improvement for me, as I have made 8 cents today so far. It may not be much for some of you, but it’s an increase of the 2 cents a day I was getting earlier this month.

Stumble Upon has helped me to increase the views on my content and generate 400%* more revenue. Now I see why I was not doing well. Self promotion is necessary for your Triond content, I have only started to advertise with these two websites, but they do make a difference. A little goes a long way.

The bottom line is, self promoting for your Triond content helps you to earn more revenue, get viewers, open up to a wider audience while helping people to discover your content, and give you more feedback about your articles.
