Latest news about my very first, incredibly cheap but fascinating kindle e-book, which I urge all fiction loving viewers to buy at once, if they want a sparkling fiction feast to relax and enjoy.

Hello again everyone out there in reader land. Having written my first e-book, available at, for US readers –   http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005MXAZX2   and for those in the UK  at  – https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005MXAZX2  – on kindle at amazon of course, and at a real bargain price, i thought blowing my own trumpet too loud might be seen as a bit shameless, proud as I feel I have every right to be.

So it seems to me that the most compelling reason for any of you to buy, read and comment on my wonderful anthology should be  given by those who have already enjoyed the experience and been good enough to make the following comments.

Quote  – What can I say? Tony Leather is a true genius! The short stories made me laugh and made me cry. There are many twists and shocks inside. A wonderful read! I really do hope that this isn’t the last trip into Tony’s world and hope many more of his wonderful stories come to the published light!

I define a good short story as one I want to read more than once. Tony Leather’s stories in “Dancing with the Devil and Other Twisted Tales” all merit a second read. The volume impressed me mightily; it’s one of the best short story collections I’ve read recently.

Quote  – Plenty of writers publish short story collections with good stories at the beginning and at the end. Each of Tony Leather’s 14 stories is good. Each one could serve as an end-cap for a book. Indeed, my favorite, “What Goes Up,” is fifth from the last, a spot usually reserved for clunkers in most collections. Thus, there are as many good stories here as there are in seven (or more) books of other authors’ work.

How did he do it? I can’t imagine. I’m very jealous. I’m acquainted with Leather’s writing through Triond, where he frequently contributes non-fiction. I had no idea this book would be this good when I bought it. Clearly, he’s mastered his craft.

Leather’s stories all feature as many twists as de Maupassant’s best stories. They are humorous, sensual, ironic, mysterious, and always amusing. They take place in small towns in England; he writes of England like Roald Dahl, but without the spite. Most of the main characters are women. These aren’t the usual stories I, as an American man, read, but I enjoyed every one of them.

What do I need to add to such sparkling commentary to convince all of you that my book is well worth every penny i want to spend in obtaining it, when those speaking here put their views so eloquently?

If you enjoy short fiction and temporary escapism, I offer it in spades with my collection of twisted tales, which will, rest assured, be the first of several volumes I have planned.  Better value for money in any book would be hard to find, so do please take the plunge and enjoy genuinely relaxing reading with a dip into the worlds of my sometimes quirky, but always interesting imagination.

Hey – good on yer Tony! Just installed Kindle for my PC and bought your book. Look forward to reading it. Absolute bargain. I’ll tweet and paste a link on my wall on Myspace and Facebook so hopefully my mates will buy it too!

I’m still trying to find time to finish off my children’s story now I know what I’m doing on Kindle but unfortunately I currently need 36 hours a day to do everything that I want to do. Maybe when we get to the end of October when the days get colder and the nights darker I might have more time but at the mo much of my spare time is trying to combat the weeds in my flower beds and cut the lawn!!
