Sharing the same genre of writing is not plagiarism.
Triond is a respectable writing and publishing format. Every article that is submitted is placed through an editor which means it is quality writing and being reviewed before placing onto a website. This is not always the case on many platforms. Associated Content used to edit the material, and now allows anyone to post without checking the material. That is an unsafe practice for bother writer and site, and does not help the writer to grow with a good edit from a professional.
Triond utilizes a plagiarism checker. They place every single article that is submitted through this special software to make sure no form of stealing content is occurring. This protects both the writer and the site from any false accusations of content theft.
Plagiarism and copy and paste tactics are being discussed in many writing forums. If the site is using this type of software, this can not happen. Many writers misunderstand the term plagiarism, and this particular word is being used in ways that are not even worthy to discuss. Many news sites all over the internet, discuss the same topics. Take for instance the Michael Jackson phenomenon, every news site spoke and wrote about it. According to wikipedia, even ideas that are shared are considered to be plagiarism. Does this mean news writers and journalists are plagiarists because they write about the same topic? Why does the field of journalism still thrive then? Why are they still offering school courses to take on journalism if sharing ideas is plagiarism?
If two writers write about green awareness that means it is plagiarism to some who are misusing this word drastically, and causing others pain, grief and problems when that is not even what is occurring. What happens with all those vampire books written by multiple authors, same theme, a blood sucking man who feeds on blood and a woman in most cases? According to some that is plagiarism?
People need to understand that you will have writers who write the same genre, and misuse the word plagiarism for the proper words of shared genre. Pay no mind to these types of critics, who are not understanding the word genre, and shared interests and topics.
On a better note, should you be interested in an edited article to read, please check on any sites that Triond platform delivers too. You can be guaranteed that what you read on any of their sites has been checked for any copyright infringement.

Ya, I like that Triond uses a Plagiarism checker.
but one of my really long articles about bible facts that took several days to write was not publish because I qouted the same scripture, (bible Verse) found on another site.
Good thing Triond has awsome support, I had an Editor take a second look an it was finally published.
I recommend using Your own Plagiarism Checker before submitting Your article just to be sure nothing You write has not already been written.
I use a site called Article Checker: http://www.articlechecker.com/ it searches the net for any copies of the text, an gives links to the sites, and an overall percentage of how much of the article is the same as others.
Nice Article Wish the other sites I use had a Plagiarism Checkers like Triond.

My article at Factoidz has been plagiarized by a Triond writer. The article has since been removed but it still appears on Google search results page. The writer has not been banned. I discovered that this writer had been plagiarizing other people’s articles and publishing them on Triond. I hope Triond will take action. Plagiarism is unforgivable.
