Nice Share

Aside from wondering whether I’ll pass out from sheer  exhaustion, and annoyance, one thing I’m wondering is: How should I comment on your articles. I’m not the grammar police, and I don’t want to
poo-poo my friends because then, guess what, they won’t be my friends anymore!! And my potato chip budget gets slashed (which is about all I can buy from my monthly earnings anyway.)

Anyway, besides the annoying ads, it occurred to be that I have no idea what to say. “Nice share” is the tride and true, much lauded commentary on here, but let’s get real. I’m an English major at heart and want to bust out the witty repartee as much as the next gal, so again What more can I say?

In an ideal world I’d pick an article that captured my interest, and carefully read every word, but come on? Who has time for that. Honestly, I might end up clicking on the first thing I see and skimming through. I’ll click out of a billion pop up ads and spam, get ticked off, and end up typing in “Nice Share” as a last resort. Then on to the next.

At least the sentiment is there, and you know that an actual person clicked on your
stuff instead of a bot out there in cyberspace. I admire those zesty commenters who leave a whole paragraph detailing every sentence you wrote, but cut me some slack. If I  put “nice share” on your article, you should picture my smiling face, eating milano cookies and getting you money, one click at a time.
