New and Seasoned Triond Writers: Answers to Faq’s, Tips and Advice to Help You Reach Your Full Potential

I am continuously humbled and grateful to the new Triond members who email and ask my mentoring advice. (It means I must hopefully be doing something right and it’s truly a blessing.) Because I receive these emails on a regular basis, I thought it’d be a good idea to compile and publish my responses because I’m certain there are many other Triond members (new & seasoned) that may have the same questions, but don’t know who to ask or where to turn to.

My combined responses to new Triond members’ FAQ’s (frequently asked questions) follows below:

Is Triond legitimate?

First of all, you must be very careful these days, but I assure you that Triond is completely legitimate.  They pay you consistently, answer your questions, do their best to publish your work on the highest traffic websites.  Recently I published an article that they re-directed to a “marketing” section of a website, which will no doubt increase it’s viewership.  I was writing an article about marketing and completely forgot to add it to a marketing subject.  Triond truly has your best interests in mind.

….But Triond is by no means an overnight oasis.

Writing is its own business essentially, so realize that by taking the first step to create your profile and publish your work, you’ve made a brave courageous step toward starting your own business! Take a moment to really let this idea sink in and give yourself a much deserved – Congratulations! Know that you’ve just quite intelligently set yourself up for a great situation where you will be earning unlimited residual income for life. This is the true genius of Triond and other similar earning avenues.

Now that you’ve taken the time to applaud yourself, it’s important to balance this step with the idea that with any new company or business it takes work, creativity and perseverance to be successful.

My growing success with Triond

Currently, I’m making over $3/day and counting (thanks to the recent integration of Google Adsense with Triond).

Why are my earnings so low, I’ve published many articles, poems, photos, etc?

During my 1st month I only made about $1/month.

So, please understand, if your earnings take time to grow, please don’t be discouraged. If you opened a restaurant, but didn’t tell anybody about it, had poor lighting, served re-heated frozen foods, etc how successful do you think that business would be?

You must self-promote, persevere, be thankful and work hard.

In addition to self marketing, to truly be successful in anything in life, you must always be willing and grateful for the opportunity to give back to others. Because the more you give to others, the more you receive as well. I once read that those who bless others are continuously blessed for the mere fact that they continue to share their joy with others.

When other people ask for your advice, see it as an opportunity to spread your knowledge and help others increase the success and joy in their life.  I’ve written several articles in response to questions and emails other Triond writers have sent me.  Not only have their questions helped me create new work, but they have also helped me learn more about myself and writing in general.  For all of this, I am equally grateful to them.

Should I comment on other people’s work?

Yes, yes, yes!

(But, plesase refrain from spamming = leaving links of your work in the comment section.  Spamming makes other readers actually avoid your work.  Don’t create a reputation as a spamming writer.)

When you comment on other people’s work, StumbleUpon, diggit & Reddit, other people’s work, you will eventually see that other people will begin to do the same for you. It takes time, but it’s a cumulative process. Metaphorically think about the times that you spent time with a friend, each time your bond grew stronger and greater. Think about spending time with your writing business in the same way. After awhile your friendship will become so great that out of the blue he/she will begin to give back to you in ways you would never imagine. This begins to happen with your writing efforts as well.

Is it better to write for other writing platforms?

While you can submit your work to other online avenues, magazines, and newspapers, I wholeheartedly support Triond’s business model.  Most of the other sites only pay you a one time flat fee that is often times about $5-$20 per article. However, with Triond you earn residual income on all your articles for life!

I do know that there are other writing sites like Bukisa that allow you to re-publish Triond articles to earn even more income that might help advance your success even more so. To give you an idea of your great potential here at Triond, my best article is about 500 words, took me about 5 minutes to write and has earned me over $500 and counting:

Feel free to check it out: “B12 Shots: The Newest Energy Booster”

What is your earning potential with Triond?

Still referencing the above article, again, keep in mind, the success of this article did not happen overnight.  It was however receiving 100/views per day, then 200/day and now it’s over 300/day. But the success of this article is due to many factors. Not only is the subject (health) a very popular consistently viewed subject, but as I watched the views grow, I began to link it to other articles.  By doing so, it kept it in constant circulation as well as improving it’s Google search ranking.  Now, when you Google “B12 shots” its the 1st Google search result.  You can make all your articles reach the highest Google search results as well.

11 Simple Steps: How to Add Pictures and Links to Your Articles

One really great article is your launching pad to success.

It just takes one really great title, one really great article and your success begins to skyrocket.  When you publish your first highly viewed article, be sure to link it to as many new articles you publish as well as link other articles to it.  You’ll soon enjoy limitless increasing views and income!

Remember, you might have all the talent in the world, but if no one knows your work exists, then it won’t receive the attention it deserves.  Believe in yourself and share your gifts with the world!

In closing, a couple of additional answers to new Triond members’ questions:

  • Can your articles be opinion based or factual only? You can write about anything your heart desires – that’s one of the many things I love about Triond.
  • And I tend to want to write about controversial issues, should I be careful what I say and who about?  My only advice about this is beware that when you write about controversial topics the comments you receive may be hard to read. There are many people in this world who will in turn leave very controversial comments as well. Now, Triond gives you the ability to delete any comments you’d like to, however, sometimes reading an alarming comment can be tough to take. That would be my only caution. However, controversial articles tend to become very popular and receive a lot of views.
