My Triond Member Views are Off The Charts

No recorded views from Triond members yesterday and my income has drastically fallen.

For the first time since joining Triond going on 7 months ago my views from within the Triond community is off the charts. I don’t mean it is excessively high, I mean it is non existent.

I know that members of the Triond community read some of my articles yesterday but these reads were not recorded. Does this mean that view from others in our own community no longer count?

In the past month, despite several efforts to keep my views on this site up my views have steadily fallen. Yesterday was one of the lowest view counts since I joined this site, and my earnings from yesterday was $.01. The only time I made this little was at the very beginning when I joined this site. I feel as though I am starting over again.

Having just started Ad sense yesterday, I even made more in my ad sense account, which I won’t see the profits from for several months or a year.

Judging by these figures, I am definitely going to have to find more ways to market my Triond writing than I have used in the past. I am going to also have to try and publish more and more articles on Triond in the hope of getting more views both from outside and from goggle ads if I am going to continue to make from Triond what I have in the past.

This should prove to be an extremely interesting month on this site and may mean many changes for everyone.

If anyone else has noticed these changes I would be like to know.

    Martie,
I noticed the same thing about 3 or 4 months ago, but at the same time I also started getting many, many hits from something called “traffic.outbrain.com.” I’m thinking what has changed is that Triond is now using outbrain.com to track results from actual Triond user. So, are you getting hits from trafic.outbrain.com?

I’ve been using StumbleUpon. I get most of my views through them. If you use Stumble upon, you have to start slow and build up. Can’t put all your stuff on their at once or they block for awhile.

I recently took the weekend off and expected a drop in page views although Triond no longer leads the list which I thought was strange. I’m going to hold off on Adsense. I might not be able to get an Adsense Account anyway sense I’m under a life time ban for having literary porn on a previous blog.

I had a low day yesterday too. I wouldn’t worry. It will go up again.

Things do not keep a level plane here. This will happen often, friend.

Yes Martie, i have noticed these changes too. From about two days ago, i started to see a huge drop in my page views. Some of my top articles are even bringing in 0 views a days. Something must be wrong!

Traffic Outbrain is the views you get from related articles listed at the bottom of articles as people view them.

My Triond earnings were very small for yesterday too. Could be a one day glitch or the result of adding adsense have to wait and see. If Triond really splits the adsense money 50-50 with us it’ll end up being a better deal than the old pay system but that’s very much up in the air at the moment.

Me too, Martie, My Triond views have never been so low. I had more views from yahoo yesterday and today than from triond. It\\\’s never happened before. I did have a lot from outbrain.

Yes, I have seen it too. My triond views are gone and I only had 0.05, I know this can’t be correct.

I get weird things quite often where at the end of one day it reports a low figure for income but then first thing the following day the stats for the previous day show roughly the same number of views but earnings have soared. I suspect that there is sometimes quite a few hours delay between earning money and it appearing in your stats. Sometimes the views seem to be delayed too. That combined with the random fluctuations which occur anyway make it difficult to rely on daily totals being too meaningful.
