My Novella’s Flower, The Dimpled Fairy-chapter Two

Where shall I bring anything sweeter than you, my fairy? You say something. I often fail to find words to praise your virtues, my fairy. I am always afraid that my words will die before reaching you.

My Novella’s Flower, the Dimpled Fairy

Chapter Two

Evening:

TO: What are you doing?

FROM: I am taking food. What are you doing?

TO: I am enjoying my pizza but both heart and mind are waiting for your SMS. Come to me!

FROM: Dear Writer, write something sweet!

TO: Where shall I bring anything sweeter than you, my fairy? You say something. I often fail to find words to praise your virtues, my fairy. I am always afraid that my words will die before reaching you.

FROM: Such a romantic writer and so much fear?

TO: You don’t know how it feels when your fairy is before you and you want to hide it from the prying eyes of the world.

FROM: It is not good to wait because unions are in the hands of providence and fortune. Why should you suffer when mistake is not yours?

TO: If you are ready to face, even god yields but your beauty must have confused even God, my love, and He must be thinking who is she a step ahead of Him. Your words give me a sense of experienced love. In our youth, it was a madness which led to physical fulfill-ness of love but now it is touching spiritual heights. It feels so nice when you slowly knock at the door to my heart.

FROM: I can’t say anything. My mind is not working. Goodnight.

TO: It seems you are trying to avoid me. Yes, this goodnight, sometimes, makes it easier. Say something, the mother of young children!

FROM: What should I say? You are the writer and you can very easily change the meanings.

TO: No, my dear, this is the story of two hearts and not for the readers to read and listeners to listen. ‘I love you’ sounds very cheap. This is the stage to listen to the beats of hearts.

FROM: Do you like what I have written so far?

TO: Very precious, my fairy. Even your harsh words will be unpolished gems for me. Are you feeling bored?

FROM: No, I sleep late too, so don’t you worry. I think you must do your work now.

TO: I was the only mad before but now I have company. I am dying to listen to your voice. Do you have voice mail in your mobile?

FROM: No, I think there is network problem. Today it is enough! See you early in the morning. Sweet dreams!

…………………………..

Next day, morning:

FROM: Good morning, with a hot cup of tea…

TO: Where are you?

FROM: At home, I want to take rest today. It is holiday today.

TO: And what will happen to this mad man who has been waiting for you?

FROM: Why do you say so?

TO: Then tell me what should I say?

FROM: I don’t know.

TO: You sound gloomy! Is something wrong?

FROM: There is absolute silence in my room.

TO: Your silence is frightening me. Tell me what happened?

FROM: Am I a tempest?

TO: No less than a tempest but it is the pleasant one.

FROM: It can cause damage. You are trying to amuse yourself with fancy thoughts.

TO: I can take challenges.

………………

The mobile lines stopped working suddenly and the following few hours went without any exchange of SMS.

TO: What took you so long to answer?

FROM: I can feel the agony of distance and pangs of emotions arising in your mind. There is one difference between us: you write everything in your stories and I keep everything hidden in my heart. I think I should stop now…

TO: Why do you keep on trying to stop me? My dear, this life is too short for love if love is to be really felt and understood. I know you are smiling. You won’t believe my writings are becoming more romantic by the day.

FROM: This world frightens me and I hold back. Though I want to, I can’t say it openly.

TO: It seems you are loaded with such discouraging words today. Please don’t hide anything.

FROM: Please don’t disturb me. I want to sleep. See you tomorrow.

………………………

The following morning:

FROM: Good morning, dear! How are you?

TO: Almost dead without you.

FROM: You have started again?

TO: Is telling truth a crime?

………………………..

The same evening:

FROM: Had you used such beautiful words on young girls, many of them would have been ready to die for you. Perhaps, one of them would have become the mother of three children.

TO: You are about to be mother-in-law so what is the harm in a little romance in life?

FROM: I respect your thoughts.

TO: You are trying to change the topic.

FROM: Where are your children today? You sound different today. Call me.

After the phone call:

TO: Your voice made me ecstatic! These little things mean a lot to me.

FROM: I am unable to understand you. You are still a mystery to me.

TO: Are you tired?

FROM: I will be ready to answer you even after midnight. You brought a smile to my face.

TO: I am crazy about you and you know it. It must be difficult for you to tolerate this insanity of mine?

FROM: No, it was madness when we were young, now it is different. It is respectful and serious.

TO: Thanks, if you are tired, I won’t disturb you anymore.

FROM: I am literally confused. I don’t know. I am helpless.

TO: They say every new day brings hope with it. Don’t feel depressed. I am waiting for your answer.

FROM: My God… what is happening to me? I am taking a new direction. My dearest, it is different…

TO: Such beautiful words and so much fear! You will see that I will stand true to my words till my last breath…

FROM: I am afraid, please don’t leave me in the way. I don’t understand what I am doing.

TO: I was always there and I am with you. It is you who did not actually see. Time will prove it that this mad man really loves you and cares for you.

FROM: I think it is enough for the day. With a big smile, a very good night!
