My First Penny!!!

I’m starting to feel maybe I’m getting too sensitive…yesterday a book made me cry (and no, not because the writing itself gave me a headache, although it did at first), now I look at my Dashboard to see that I’ve earned $o.o1!!!! THANK you, faithful readers! I’m so happy…I feel pretty, oh so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty, and…nope, sorry, not gay. Sorry to dash your hopes!!

I’ve always been a stubborn soul, but you people have given me hope that my writings CAN be appreciated. Either you guys are just plain crazy (which I kinda think anyway, aren’t all of us a little bit crazy?) or I’ve waited FAR too long to get my writings out there.

As for my poetry: not nearly all of it is in the same vein…some of the poems are about love, some are about hope, some about despair…some are magical, and some are humorous. There’s a little bit of something for everyone in here, as long as you like poetry; you just have to look for it.

So keep reading, friends and fans, and I promise I will keep writing for you. But I also write for me…my words aren’t just to generate money, and they’re not meant to gain me renown or popularity. These are extra bonuses…I write because I like to. Some of these poems are up to 15 years old, and this is the first time many of them have been shown to anyone outside of the people residing in my head.
