My First Dime!!!
The next installment in my Triond Firsts.
Well I’d like to start off by saying THANK YOU fellow Triond users, it has been YOUR interest and YOUR time spent that has gotten me my first dime just in time to end off the month. Don’t worry, I won’t be starting over at a penny again once I start gaining in February, as I said before I am only looking at the total gained!!!
This experience has been a journey for me…it takes effort and trepidation to post your thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams for all the world to see, and every step I take teaches me a little something about myself as well as the world of literature around me.
As I said in my Truth About Triond post, I will NOT be one of those people who uses false hooks, generic comments, and other dishonest means to gain myself recognition and these few pennies. If you want to, that’s fine, but don’t expect me to help you. If I like a piece, I will click “I Like” and in most cases, I will also comment – but not unless I have something to say about it. Some pieces I like but don’t know why…others cause a vague SOMETHING to sprout in my mind, but I do my best to comment on those pieces I like.
Most of my poetry up to this point has been remnants of my past that I never showed anyone, unless I gave a copy (haha) of the love poems to the girl I was interested at the time of any given poem. The SOLE exception to that so far has been the most recent love poem I was inspired into writing by a certain lovely young lady I’ve been talking to in a chatroom…and it’s not TECHNICALLY a love poem, but a poem of HOPE for love. I hope you enjoy it 
This is going to be a rather short celebration of my first dime, since I’m starting 6-day workweeks later today and haven’t been to sleep yet (it’s only 4 am). That being said, I’d like to finish off by a VERY short list of my favorite 3 Triond authors up to this point, in no particular order: spiritwalker, for the love and pain in her writing; Trinket, for the strength of feeling and soul in hers; and LewSethics, for the quirky truths and wise madness he brings forth from the darkened recesses of his mind. Thank you three for inspiring not only my heart and soul, but my mind as well.

You are very welcome. I always look forward to reading your work. And you too inspire me, just as you have in writing this. It’s a pleasure to meet a Triond Author like you. Who is not just leaving a comment for popularity. People like you, are the reason more trionders can learn to strive to write better. Because you only leave a comment if you truly do like someone’s work. Thank You Very Much Bones!
