September 2009 was by far my best month writing article on Triond. I review my month to see if I can have an even better October and continue the positive momentum.
In looking at my Triond month and writing articles, I break down why I had such a good month related to the previous sixteen months I have been writing on-line. I believe that I am putting the list in order of importance or all the reasons. Either way, I will review the reasons I had my best month in Triond writing.
I wrote more articles. For the first fifteen months, I wrote about eighty articles, about five per month or so. In September, I wrote seventeen, about triple the monthly output. When you factor in that I was on vacation from the 4th to the 14th, I wrote about one article a day I was home. Very simply, the more articles you write, the more reads and the more money you will get. In addition, I am starting to accumulate residual income with the articles I have written in the past tying them in with newer pieces.
I worked on building friends on Triond. I sought out to read more articles from my other Triond compatriots. I have made new friends and therefore, more people are reading every article I write. I have simply followed the Golden Rule on this. Givers gain. I read more and therefore, more people read me. I have significantly increased my friends in the last month and therefore, my reads.
I wrote from the heart. I only wrote about things that interested me. I wrote with my passions for the things in my life. This did include a wide range of topics.
This is a breakdown of my 17 articles by topic:
Last, but not least, I wrote one on my wife and her disease
This was by far the best article I wrote. It is already second in money and reads all time.
Since my wife is the most important person and thing in my life, I think wrote this article the best and worked the hardest to get people to read it.
With the NFL picks, I am all about getting the maximum views. The NFL is popular, so getting reads is getting easier than for the other topics. With the legal articles, I did not necessarily get the word out on them for maximum reads; they are more for a targeted audience. With the political articles, I wrote them mostly for me and was not too worried about getting reads on them.
I started using Twitter. I became more active on Twitter. Facebook is still my single best source for reads; however, Twitter is now one of my best sources for reads.
Triond follows your reads from tags. I have gotten more creative on my tags. Triond is helping this with their track so you can see where you have gotten reads from searchers on the internet.
Good luck in your writing. I will check back with you in a month to see how October turns out.

Isn’t it funny how we are inspired to write or create from time to time, and then all of a sudden, we can’t get it typed up quick enough. Things sometimes go in complete circles. Well written article friend.
