I totally get you . I’ve had my share of “good post”
“well written” , “interesting piece” “yadi ya ya” irritates the hell out of me. In fact this really put me off in reading and commenting to these people cuz they are here to play games and I rather live with my USD0.19 then USD5 with stream of non sense comments

… ok i agree if they make me 25$ daily i am all game for these comments … but its just me talking

ok i am ending this with ‘nicely written’ but i’ve read it and feel that way …

p.s your paintings awesome too… will take a deeper dive in them soon … oh and i mean this too !

Dear Cheryl! The comments over your comments by “ashan1614, are right on the dot. You don’t have to be upset with “short comments’” Your article is a clear pointer to being arrogant and insulting those who do read your articles but avoid commenting in details . My suggestion to you is to be patient and polite for getting a greater acceptance from majority of readers and not one and all be sort of expectations. Take all comments into your stride and as some other readers have pointed out the undesirables can be ignored if you choose to?

Hiho Cheryl Malloy I like to give a fully-fledged, honest comment to my friends’ articles/poems/audio/pics/photos..I don’t always have a lot of time on my hands..but when I do get a few hours up my sleeve..I make the effort. For you..I will make an extra special effort in the near future. Don’t be discouraged or disheartened..there is much worse goings-on here @Triond Cheryl. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do and if certain people annoy you with their half-arsed comments..delete ‘em from your friends’ list..they will soon go away. Chin up and keep-up the good writing
