Sometimes it seems impossible, but nothing is impossible unless you give up.
Keeping Triond Numbers Up
First off, I write because I enjoy writing, it helps me learn, express and entertain people; if I did it purely for the money, I would be homeless. I do look for publishing companies for the larger bulk of my finances.
When it comes to Triond, I realized in the first 7 or 8 months of writing, that it takes consistency to create an environment where people want to come back to, you should write about things that interest people; but also write about things you enjoy. I entered a writers contest and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do, since it was not an idea that I enjoyed. This made concentration and ideas very hard to put together; until I found a lead, which sent me “writing like the wind”. I looked at my first draft and then my final draft, and I could see the difference in my desire. So make sure your writing about something you enjoy, and the rest comes easier.

Don’t forget to check what other writers are saying about your work, if they criticize an error or thought, be gracious about it, take it that the person is truly interested in what you have to say and want to see you succeed; it is called constructive criticism.

I try to read everyone’s articles and poems because there is so much information out there, so much feeling, of love and hate; and I love the way writers use words to express themselves. Comments are very important to other writers, so read some “old pals’ pieces, but remember to find “new pals’.
For those returning to school or who have already returned, while remembering to read a few new articles on line and commenting on old friends, look for a new friend daily. Use your history lesson as an article; we can all appreciate some of your history lesson, from your point of view.
Get your homework done, and give Triond and all your friends about an hour of your time. Reading and writing is the key to everyone’s future and for many it gives joy; that alone is a reason to keep on writing.

This article reflects the truth about writers. Many a time, I experience what is called “writers’ block.” But I gradually get over it. Your article is well-expressed. I enjoyed reading it. Thanks. By the way, please include me as one of your friend, as I consider you to be a friend already.

Nice tips!
I always write about computer and video games which I enjoyed a lot. When you enjoy something you write, it will be written so much easier than when you write something that you don’t really like.

What you say is true? A good article to read that explained some issues and I’ve had a fun time going through. Such as looking for new things to read and catching up on those who leave comments on my work. While trying to balance out writing a new article. Enjoyable!

I really enjoyed your article. I agree that it is better to write because you enjoy it because you will be something that you like. It is like reading. If you read because you love it, you will have no problem doing it, but if you are forced to read something (like in school), you will not enjoy it.
I also agree that we should all take some time to support one another. I agree with Lady Sunshine that it is a give and take type of situation when it comes to supporting old and new friends.
