After nearly half a year of writing online, here are my 10 most-read articles on Bukisa.
This has, by far, been my most popular online non-fiction article, bringing me thousands of hits. I guess people like to read about candy bars. To be far, some of these candy bars can be found in the U.S., but they’re not always easy to find.
Crime and police work often make for popular reading material, and that’s the case with this article of mine on Bukisa. Yes, here you will find the true tales of six notorious serial killers who remain unknown to the public and law enforcement. Some are long dead, such as Jack the Ripper, but others could still be operating even today.
For those who don’t know, Baconnaise is a condiment that’s basically a mixture of mayonnaise with bacon flavor, though there are other ingredients. And believe it or not, it’s not as unhealthy for you as it sounds, often times being healthier for you than regular mayonnaise.
This was a simple article I just tossed together one night, but it’s proven to be somewhat popular. Basically, I list the different typewriters and computers I’ve used as a writer over the last 30 years. Who would have thought this article could have drawn readers? I didn’t.
This was just a fun little article about what I think are the best personal weapons to have for fighting zombies, from a Barrett .50 caliber rifle to a machete and more. It was fun to write and apparently fun to read.
Apparently people like to read about movie props, where they can buy them or see them or sometimes even rent them. I’m a movie buff myself, and have been known to seek out some rare posters, but this article goes beyond simple memorabilia, listing sites that allow you to actually purchase items used in the filming of some popular movies, recent and classic.
Leather shoe care must be important to a lot of people because this article has done pretty well for me, regularly drawing in new readers. I’ve done more than a few sort of household tips articles, and usually they do alright at drawing attention to themselves.
Everybody’s eaten at least one. Probably more than just one. Probably a bunch of them over the years. But do you really know much about the Happy Meal? Find out quite a bit by reading this little article.
I’ve written a couple of articles about white vinegar, this being the second, and they always do a good job of drawing in readers. I guess people like to learn all the different cleaning and other qualities provided by white vinegar.
I’ve done several articles about unusual toppings for different foods, but this one about ice cream draws the most response. For some new ideas for an old favorite treat, check out the article.
