If I Could

These are the words that almost every being would say all the time. If I could only put back the sands of time, I will do things differently. This song was so popular in the early 50’s. I would like to submit this article. Thank you.

If I could have you back again,

I would prove my love is true,

I would not make the same mistake,

For my heart belongs to you,

I did not know what I know now,

Jealous eyes could never see,

If I could have you back again,

In my arms you will always be.

I was a fool, to think that I,

Would be unfair and never cry,

But now I have lost so foolishly,

A love that once belonged to me,

Without you there is no happiness,

How I am hurt you will never know,

If I could have you back again,

I would never, never let you go.
