My reasons as why this website is my number one source for articles, to publish content, and to make friends.
Everyday the first thing I check in the morning is how many comments I got from people who like me. Nothing gives me so much pleasure like reading a good comment about my work. I love to see that I helped someone, that someone likes to read what I write, I imagine the reader gloating over my text and bookmaking my address and waiting impatiently for the next article.
The second thing I do in the morning is checking the messages I got from users like exchanging ideas, commenting some article or even planning some future articles.
The third thing I do is to check how many articles were published and how many were rejected. Triond has very strict writing guidelines and they reject my articles often. Thanks to that I can improve and I know that only the best articles will be published so when I get the “we are happy to publish” I am really happy because I did a good job.
Finally I check how many page views I got while I were sleeping. This way I can see how many people read it and compare the number of comments I got here with other articles.
The pages were the articles are published look very professional and the “Ads from Yahoo!” really gives the elegance we all are looking for but can’t find on many article websites, ten points here!
So far the only thing I don’t like that much about the pages where the articles are published is the design. I think Triond should really buy a recent template and make all the pages look better. The current design looks very old fashionable.
Sharing the published articles is the last thing I do before going to sleep. I make them visible on Stumble Upon, Digg, Delicious, Mixx, and some other networks. It’s amazing the amount of page views you get just by clicking some buttons. People from that networks really appreciate your latest articles and too bad I can’t check all the time the comments and messages I get there.
Sometimes I enjoy clicking on the Random button to see interesting pages. Yesterday I saw an article about crazy flash animations and then I clicked on the Pen Name and read even more articles form the same author. Other times I just search for content or I take a look at my best Triond friends’ articles I haven’t read yet.

Your morning activities reflect mine! It is strange how something can become almost a ritual! I sometimes worry that I am obesssed with checking out my hits and messages – so it is something of a relief to realise that I am not on my own! Cool article, Redburn!

I agree with you & R J Evans! It’s really a pleasant thing to see that someone left a comment on your article! It’s like little ritual
