How to Use Triond’s Show Rows Button to Keep Track of Comments

If you’ve written a number of articles on Triond, you’ve probably received comments. Here’s a neat trick that makes checking and moderating your comments that much easier.

One of the nicest aspects of writing for Triond is the comments left by readers. When someone takes the time to comment on one of our articles, this enhances our experience writing for Triond.

Once you’ve written a number of articles, though, comments can get lost. You find yourself going through multiple pages to try to keep track and respond to them all.

Did you know that there’s a way to make the process easier?

Triond’s Show Rows Button

Once you log-in to Triond, you see the Dashboard page. Now, most of us automatically hit on “Content” so that we can see our articles; however, usually, by default, what we see is our first set of 10 articles. At the bottom is a little button “Next” that we hit to bring up the next set of 10.

There’s a Better Way

Have you ever noticed the Show Rows button sitting sedately at the bottom of the page? Have you ever clicked on it? If you do, viola! A drop-down menu allows you to select a page view of up to 50 of your Triond articles all at one go. That’s right 50! Can you believe it? Why surf through 5 pages of 10 articles each when you can look at  50 all at once?

For some reason, I missed this little button. And, to this day, I forget it’s there–then give myself a mental thrashing when I’m surfing through page after page trying to find and respond to comments and questions from readers.

Using Triond’s Show Rows button really makes checking and responding to comments much easier.

Hmm . . . maybe down the road, Triond admin will set the default to 50 per page.
