Link to your Triond articles using these quick and easy methods.
Placing links to your Triond articles can make a big difference when you are attempting to gain readers and bump up traffic.
There are a few “tricks of the trade” that can make the process seamless.
When you are at the Triond Dashboard, the first thing you’ll see is a couple of your articles over on the left. Most of us will automatically go to the top and click on “Content,” so that our articles load.
I’ll share a little trick that I stumbled across, that has made life so much easier . . .
The first place I would suggest is in your e-mail signature. Using your e-mail program, you create a signature and include links to your articles that load and sit conveniently in e-mails you send out.
In your e-mail program, go to:
Find Options
Choose the Mail Format tab, at the top
Go to the bottom of the form and choose Signature Picker
Select New
Enter a name for your Signature,
Hit Next
Paste your article link in the box
Hit Finish
Now, each time you send out an e-mail, readers will see a link to your article. I only utilize this with people I know, so there are no problems with spamming. If in doubt, just delete your article links from your e-mail.
If you have a blog, why not create posts and hyperlink to your Triond articles? You do this by running your mouse over applicable text and highlighting it, then going to the top of your text box and clicking on the link (it looks like a chain) icon. Another box opens, allowing you to insert your article link.
PrintNPost allows you to place links in your articles so you can highlight your Triond articles from there.
HubPages currently allows two links to the same address without tagging your Hub as overly promotional. If you create Hubs, your can add links to your Triond articles. Make sure, for both PNP and HubPages that any article links you include are relevant to the topic. (It would be pointless to include a link pointing to a piece about skin cream in an article about car parts!)
Each time you write anything, think about linking to your Triond articles. Articles directories are another place you may choose to submit to. Article directories allow you to place links or a resource box. Simply type in “article directories” in your browser to locate them.
The top 5 article directories are:
By implementing these easy steps, you’ll soon have article links running in the background, impacting on future Triond article views.

Hello everyone,
Once you’ve written your Triond articles, think of where you could place your links. You want to send as much traffic as possible to your articles because this makes such a difference to earnings. This is a necessary part of writing online.
If you haven’t set up a blog, try one of the free blogging platforms. You can then link to your articles from there in your blog posts, as well as using the Triond widget to spotlight your articles.
If you have any others questions, contact me and I’ll do my best to answer them.

Do you have any way of tracking where your hits come from primarily (ie other Triond members, email lists you have, article directories, etc.).
More great tips here–thank you!

Hi Ken,
Each opportunity is different. For Triond, I get a lot of views and figure most of them are via spiders which crawl for keywords. I also link at every opportunity, use Feeds, etc.
Other opps. I write for show where views come from. For example, HubPages allows you to see where traffic is coming from. And, of course, there is Google Analytics.

Including a Feed with a lead paragraph is also effective. I do this at HubPages and at my blogs.

Hi Athlyn,
Can you submit the same article to Triond and the article directories? Or does the Triond article have to be completely origingal?
On a similar note, do you know if you can take an article that you have posted on your blog or web site and submit it to an article directory? Just curious to see if the search engines will ding you for that?
Thanks!
Tara

Hi Tara,
Each site is different so the guidelines will reflect that. Triond articles have to be original when submitted to Triond. Check their publishing guidelines to see if you can use the material elsewhere or send an e=mail to Triond admin.
It can be tricky submitting the same material in multiple places. I was doing that but noticed a drop in views and earnings. As well, I’ve heard that Google can ban you and that would result in lost AdSense earnings. I can’t confirm this but have read that it has happened to others.
I would check with the article directory you are using to see if they will take ppp’s.
