An article on how to get paid for writing poetry an fiction using the Triond service.
If you are an aspiring fiction or poetry writer you quickly discover that paying markets are few and far between and, because of this, also very competitive. The same goes for fiction and poetry contests, many of which charge quite a steep fee to enter. So what is a fiction writer or a poet to do? How can we get paid for writing? One option is to publish your fiction and poems on Triond, a publishing service which will accept practically all type of content, as long as it is well written, and then pay the author half of the advertising revenue that their article, poem or story generates.
So far I have been using Triond for about a week and have two poems published on it. My earnings so far are still pretty low, but I am hopeful that they will increase as I add more of my writings. And low or not, they are still making some money and more that if I got them published in another online magazine just for the prestige and no pay.
If you have upwards of one hundred published pieces on Triond, then it starts to pay off, earning you a fair monthly recurring income. Of course a lot depends on clicking the ads. So sign up, get started publishing, and get clicking!

I agree I haven’t been on triond very long but things are definitely starting to go upward and that is very fulfilling.

Yeah, I’m hoping things will pick up too. Like I wrote in the article, the sites does start to pay off if you have like 100 articles published.
