Tips on article organization and tactics.
- Numbers, Bullets, ETC. People tend to find articles that are restricted to paragraphs a little dull. Sometimes in a paragraph you may find yourself numbering the steps of a process, or listing things. In the cases that this does happen, you should consider revising your article. Try to take out the steps of the process, and format them to numbering style, and try to remove your lists and replace them with bullets.
- Spacing Though few people may know it already, an article is made more attractive if it includes a lot of spacing. Try to separate your paragraphs from each other by double spacing between each paragraph. Remember, no one likes to read blocks of letters on-line, and it helps the reader to keep their place.
- Spell Check After publishing your article, remember that it is now available to the public. This means that anyone is eligible to read and view your article, from the less critical readers to the most critical readers and commentators. Always remember to spell check your writing for grammar errors and spelling errors, that way no matter how much of a speller your audience members are, they can’t complain and/or leave a nasty comment about your spelling rather than a nice comment about how good your article was.
- Titling Your title has the biggest effect on your article. The title is what attracts the attention of the people who make up your possible audience. Good titles will always be read before bad titles. Also, paragraph titles help the reader to be able to browse through your article for the exact piece of information that they are looking for. Remember, a well titled article is a well viewed and paid article.
- Word Choice When writing your articles, be sure to always keep the main audience that you are writing for and expecting to read your articles in your mind. You should know what words to use in your writings in order to attend to the taste of the viewers and fellow readers. However, at the same time, be sure to define the big or slang words so that everyone will be able to know exactly what it is that you are trying to say to them. For example, if you were going to write an article about weight loss, scientific words would be a plus, but only if they are defined and broken down into a definition, that way everybody in your audience will be able to identify just what exactly it is that you are trying to say to them.
Well these are all of the tips that I have right now on this subject. However, be sure to keep on the look-out for more updates to this article, and feel free to leave your questions, comments, and concers in a comment on this article.

I always make sure I do space and spell check my article before submission because that can very quickly turn a person towards your article. Although Triond works in mysterious ways where on some sites, it doesn’t really space very much even though you might have. And titling is so essential, the few of my articles that reached the hot content list had brilliant titles so I’d really say that it has the greatest effect on your article.
Brilliant tips that everyone, even the most prolific writers could use.
