Diversify Your Writings for More Hits

I have noticed something as I go through and read some of the work that has been posted up, and wonder if there is a way to get more hits for my fellow writer out there.  Well, I would like to make a suggesting!  Diversify your work!

There a lot of good stuff out there I have been reading on topics from traveling at the speed of light, teaching your kids about money, sports, food, animal abuse and a host of many other things.  But some of the writers are not being creative enough to get more out of their work.

If your thing is sports, that’s fine, but don’t do every article about sports. Take a look at what someone else has written about and you might want to elaborate on what they are writing about.  It’s hard sometimes to come up with something to write about, so when you get stuck write about something that someone else has already started, Just elaborate on the subject.   That is a good way to get the mental juices flowing, and change up what you are writing about.

You might even consider sharing other peoples work with your friends if you are stuck on what to write about.  Some of the stuff that you read may not be appealing to you, but that doesn’t mean that someone on your friends list may not be into the subject.  I believe in Carma that what goes around will come around.

Here are a few more suggestions of somethings to write about if you are stuck to go along with the ones that I have suggested above:

A Good book to read, Gambling addition, politics, what to do in case of a fire, The US Inmate population, crime, homelessness, the elderly, medical conditions, home remedies when you are sick, bugs, home improvement, the National debt (one that I have started), music, back pain, Trees,learning to play the piano,teens and drugs, domestic violence.  The list goes on and on, and if push comes to shove you can always ask someone and maybe the 2 of you can work on one piece.
