Bukisa, Triond, Hubpages, and Other Writers – Unite

If you are writing or thinking of writing online, if you wish to share your content for earning some income, or simply for sharing your thoughts, if you feel that you still lack attention from the Internet readers, if you want to be heard – let’s unite!

I started writing on Bukisa and Triond, like many of you. The reasons? I enjoy writing, and I wish to become better. Do I expect to earn more income? Not really, at least not at a moment. What I expect is becoming better in writing and sharing my thoughts with the world, or at least this small part of humanity, that gets to read my content.

Did I achieve my goals?

I have started – I already have a number of articles on Bukisa, and a few on Triond. I also got around 100 views for the entire set of my articles. Not so much, considering close-to-none income. Not so little, considering that I am just one of the million writers, without journalist education and the popularity of a star.

How many of us, not yet recognized writers, are here? Probably, millions. If one will fly or die, depends on so many factors, and is quite unpredictable. We are small on our own, but can grow strong as a group, supporting each other.

The number of writers as well as writing sites is growing. There is a number of great reviews about those sites written – check out this one. Plenty of resources for freelance writers and writers-to-be are at freelancewriting, com, freelancewritinggigs.com, allfreelancewriting.com, and much more. For continuous improvement, excellent language resources are listed here. The number of articles on how to advertise your content is growing exponentially, but a fool-proof and absolutely efficient method is yet to be discovered.

How do we meet our readers and each other?

  • We comment on each others articles. If you leave me a comment, I promise to write a comment under your article. It is great to have any kind of feedback, even if it is criticism (constructive one). I embrace criticism that helps me to learn.
  • We create our network. If you feel that you share something in common with me, add me to your friends in Bukisa or Triond, and I will add you. We will read each others articles, stumbling and digging those that we find interesting. We want to spend most of our time on writing, but we also want to read what is interesting, and learn from each other.
  • We share our discoveries. If you know how to reach the audience, share your secret. We are not competitors, we are colleagues.
  • We link our relevant articles together, thus directing the readers to more interesting content, and being heard.
  • We enjoy this addictive activity of writing, and look forward to the future. With more interesting content, we can consider creating a common blog, writing a free e-book that people would read, or at least learning more.

An article by TL Warner shares my views and provides a bunch of good tips for starters.

For inspiration, check out, who are the great writers on Triond.

If I should give the only tip, it would be – write, because you love it! And an extra tip – write, because you want to become better every day.

Ok, I would really like to do this. I read the above and am very interested. Being a newby here, I am confused on how to do so many things. I would like someone to help me share my writings. Thanks.
