Triond badges are compliments for your efforts in writing articles. You may have seen people getting badges for writing over 100 articles, getting millions of views etc. This article details how to add badges to your Triond profile, which may not seem obvious for new trionders.
When you are new to Triond and the Triond interface may not seem familiar to you yet, you may be at a loss as to how to personalize your profile page. Here is a simple how-to.
On your Dashboard page, at top right hand corner, you will see your profile picture. Right next to your picture there is a link to “edit your profile”. Click it. It will bring you to the profile editing page.

Now on the top you will see some drag-able icons that say “My Articles”, “My Photos” etc. At the end is the icon “My Badges”. Drag and drop it down where you want it to appear on your profile. You can also drag and drop the other icons as you prefer. Remember to click “Save” before you click “View Mode” to view the resulting profile page. It’s this easy!

For the Triond beginners, you will get a badge when you’ve submitted 5 articles, and another badge for getting 100 views. And the next level is 10 articles and 200 views, the level after this is 20 articles and 500 views. So you will notice that the levels are increasingly difficult to achieve. And there are some other categories of badges for you to grab, which I have yet to explore. So, work hard and good luck with your journey in Triond!

Lasaev, maybe we need to ask the Triond admins! I am not sure… that’s my own experience, I thought it would be the same for all trionders, but seems not…..

I sort of wish that Triond had made the badges back when I was a newbie, as well. It would have been easier to jump for each goal instead of starting at trying to get 10,000 views and 100 articles from the get-go! haha. I should still be reaching the 10,000 view badge by the end of the month at least. Who knows when I’ll have the time to write 27 more articles though!
